Chef Kevin Taylor
Kevin Taylor Restaurant Group - Denver, CO
Kevin Taylor is one of Denver’s most accomplished and acclaimed chefs, operating a variety of successful restaurants and catering operations.
His most anticipated new restaurant, Stanley Beer Hall, will open in mid 2016 in Stanley Marketplace. Within Denver’s acclaimed Center for the Performing Arts, performance connoisseurs enjoy modern American cuisine at Kevin Taylor’s at the Opera House, and casual pre- and post- theatre fare in Limelight Supper Club & Lounge. At the nearby Denver Art Museum, Kevin further entices those with an affinity for the arts with the contemporary-American Palettes. For those who travel outside the city to enjoy the Central City Opera each summer, Rouge, in the Teller House, serves modern mountain chophouse cuisine in a uniquely historic setting.
Although each restaurant’s menu and style offers diners a singular experience, Taylor’s belief in fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation is a common thread throughout all. Throughout his career, Kevin has been a frequent guest at the James Beard House, as well as Taste of the NFL, Cakebread Cellars’ Harvest Workshop and numerous other high-profile events. He is an American Culinary Association Hall of Fame inductee, and on the board of Visit Denver.

Can we utilize the same statement for now? About humanely raised farm animals, Chef Taylor has this to say: “You get the deepest flavors by using sustainably-cultivated fresh, local ingredients. And everyone who works in a kitchen understands the relationship you develop with your food. Ethically-raised animals should be a no-brainer for any culinary professional worth his salt.”
